Our support team might request temporary collaborator access to your Shopify store to assist you better.

This usually happens when:

  • ๐Ÿž There is a bug (due to your theme not being supported or conflict with another app)

  • ๐Ÿค๐Ÿป You need assistance in setup.


๐Ÿค๐Ÿป What Access We Request

We only request the minimum access required to investigate and resolve the issue:

  • Online Store โ€“ Themes & Edit theme code

  • Products - Read Only access to ensure features work properly.

  • Manage apps and channels

We do not request access to sensitive areas such as finance, billing, orders, or customer data.

  • You remain in full control and can remove our access at any time.

  • Access is used solely for troubleshooting and fixing app-related issues.
